Hello everyone. It's been a while, but I want to hope that the last event will be the last one I won't cover with a guide. This event is the The Virus Materializes! Catty Rampage!. As always, this is not the only way to beat the DZs. You are welcome to comment, discuss and suggest your own strategies in here. In order to access the Danger Zone you'll need to defeat Area 1 and Area 2 of the current event. Each stage costs 50 Stamina, so be careful with your team choice. So let's begin.

Stage 1: Miko Extreme

First stage we'll go with an Emerald-Ruby. All Eromons were at level 70 and had their original moves.

Catty DZ 1 Team
  • Nowa Mabuki: Emerald AoE nuker & Attack buffer. Replaceable by any other strong Emerald with a nuke.
  • Galette (Otaku Demon version): Ruby AoE nuker & Attack buffer. Replaceable by any other strong Ruby with a nuke.
  • Chiyono: Ruby AoE nuker & Defense debuffer. Replaceable by any other strong Ruby.
  • Hanmi Sodenashi : Emerald AoE nuker & Attack debuffer. Replaceable by any other strong Emerald.
  • Yamaashi Shoko: Emerald Attack Buffer. Replaceable by any other good attack buffer.
  • Asahi Tosaka: Ruby Attack Buffer. Replaceable by any other good attack buffer.
  • Jupiter: Sub #1 Best MP pool in the game. If you don't have, use your Eromons with the highest MP.
  • Nopia: Sub #2 My second highest MP pool in the game.

In order to be safe don't forget to stock up on Healing Gummies LVL 3 & Attack Down Gummies LVL 3.

Very easy stage with the right Eromons. You won't have any troubles with it. With the right Eromons you won't even have to use a healer. If you lack some strong AoE Eromons though, consider bringing a healer and an attack debuffer.

Personal estimated difficulty: 1/10

Wave 1Olivia x3

Not really much of a strategy is needed here, just attack them normally until you beat them.

Wave 2: Miyabi x3

Apply both of your attack buffs to make short work of them. Nothing else to it.

Wave 3: Furan x3

Use an AoE nuke, your Emerald one is prefered, and chances are you'll one-shot them with the buffs from the previous round.

Wave 4: Moegi x3

Now just use your Ruby AoE nuke and the wave is done. Chances are that you may need to attack them once more to finish them off.

Wave 5: Miko (Cat)

She will start by buffing her defence a lot, but with your attack buffs, you won't have any trouble. Keep attacking her to get back some MP and then use any nukes you have to quickly finish her. If she gets a second turn, she will use a 3-random-target nuke.

Stage 2: Troy Extreme

And now we'll use the other two attributes, Sapphire and Topaz. All Eromons were at level 70 and had their original moves, except from Rivet who was given an attack buff move.

Catty DZ 2 Team
  • Hanao Takahashi: Topaz AoE nuker & Attack buffer. Replaceable by any other strong Topaz.
  • Kirika Misao: Sapphire AoE nuker & Attack buffer. Replaceable by any other strong Sapphire.
  • Rivet: Topaz Attack Buffer. Replaceable by any other good attack buffer.
  • Alize : Sapphire AoE nuker & Defence debuffer. Replaceable by any other strong Sapphire.
  • Izanai (Elegant Fox version): Topaz Nuker & Stun. Replaceable by any other Eromon with a strong single target nuke or stun (like Kiritani Yukina (New version))
  • Diablo: Sapphire Attack Debuffer. Replaceable by your strongest attack debuffer.

This is just like the first stage but with the difficulty going up a bit.

Personal estimated difficulty: 5/10

Wave 1Olivia x2 & Miyabi

For every wave in this stage save from the boss, always take down the Miyabi in the middle and then the other two. There's not much you can do in this stage other than normally attacking them. Try to hide your Sapphires from the Olivias and use them to tank Miyabi's hits. They are really fast, so you'll be taking some damage. I was really unlucky as they kept targeting the middle line.

Wave 2: Miyabi x3

As soon as the wave begins apply an attack buff and start taking them out in the order mentioned above. You'll probably have to use some Healing Gummies here, I had to use two before the end of the wave.

Wave 3: Furan x2 & Miyabi

Immediately use an AoE nuke to quickly get rid of the Miyabi (she'll still need some hits) and do some damage on the Furans. Since your combo will be high enough, you won't have any trouble here.

Wave 4: Moegi x2 & Miyabi

Again start the wave with an AoE nuke. This will oversimplify things as the enemies will probably not even touch you in this wave.

Wave 5: Troy

Troy begins with an AoE nuke that also poisons your team. If your combo is high and your nukes also applied attack buffs, this will be the last time she damages you. Use everything you have on her. Every nuke and attack buff and the best she will do is just use an original move that reduces your move charge % by 20%.

Stage 3: Meow Meow

We are going back to a Ruby based team with a little extras from other attributes for this one. Cupid is the only one without her original move as she is my Topaz healer.

Catty DZ 3 Team
  • Kurou: Ruby AoE nuker & Attack debuffer. Replaceable by any other strong Ruby with a nuke.
  • Galette (Otaku Demon version): Ruby AoE nuker & Attack buffer. Replaceable by any other strong Ruby with a nuke.
  • Chiyono: Ruby AoE nuker & Defense debuffer. Replaceable by any other strong Ruby.
  • Cupid : Topaz healer. Her healing move power is at 1,500. Replaceable by any other decent healer.
  • Kirika Misao: Sapphire AoE nuker & Attack buffer. Replaceable by any other strong Sapphire.

This stage is quite tricky. Not impossible, but really tough if you don't have strong Eromons. I advise caution and careful planning before tackling this one.

Personal estimated difficulty: 7/10

Wave 1Moegi & Miko (Cat)

In every wave you have to take down the bottom Eromon first. The Moegis fall down with one hit and if you take them down first, the other Eromon will destroy you. Also if you are really slow, the Moegi will commit suicide and then the other Eromon will destroy you again. Miko is really really tanky and you'll be getting tons of damage here. Moegi's attack is also high and she nukes your front row, while Miko attacks 3 random targets. I had to use 2 Healing Gummies here. The only thing you can do here is normal attacks and use your healer when her move is charged. If you survive this one, the rest waves are somewhat easier.

Wave 2: Moegi & Neneko Nekozaki

Use your strongest attack buff and start hitting Neneko. When she has a third left of her total life use a nuke (preferrably one that has attack buff as well) and quickly finish her off.

Wave 3: Moegi & Aya Morioka

With two attack buffs here start attacking Aya and then do the same thing as in wave 2, nuke when her HP is low enough so you minimise your damage.

Wave 4: Moegi & Tama Niwasaki

For this wave we won't use the nuke strategy as we won't to perserve our Eromons HP with Healing Gummies and our healer's move. Tama'a attack can hurt a bit, so I had to use 2 more Healing Gummies here to be on the safe side.

Wave 5: Moegi & Erinyan

Erinyan is a little tricky but not as tough as Miko. Don't use any AoE nukes except if she's really about to go down. She's tanky and she may survive it. As for what you should do, have enough MP for a healing move if it's necessary, otherwise if you can spare the MP, use your strongest attack buff to focus on Erinyan. Eri will keep healing the enemy for a few turns while also buffing their stats, but you can easily outdamage her with attack buffs. The fight seems close by the final HP of my Eromons, but overall once the first waves are over, the stage becomes a little easier.

Stage 4: Virus Life

For the last stage go with an all Topaz team. It's really the only way to do it. Cupid is the only one without her original move as she is my Topaz healer.

Catty DZ 4 Team
  • Hanao Takahashi: Topaz AoE nuker & Attack buffer. Replaceable by any other strong Topaz.
  • Ayamo: Topaz AoE nuker & Defence debuffer. Replaceable by any other strong Topaz.
  • Rivet: Topaz Attack Buffer. Replaceable by any other good attack buffer.
  • Cupid : Topaz healer. Her healing move power is at 1,500. Replaceable by any other decent healer.
  • Izanai (Elegant Fox version): Topaz Nuker & Stun. Replaceable by any other Topaz Eromon with a strong single target nuke or AoE nuke.
  • Nikola: Topaz Attack Debuffer. Replaceable by your strongest topaz attack debuffer.

Ok this stage is hell. If you want to get past this one, just trust me. Go 1 healer, 1 attack debuffer, 1 attack buffer and 3 AoE nukes. I didn't have 3 strong topaz AoE nukes, so I took a single target nuke, but that made it tougher than it had to be. Follow the guide closely.

Personal estimated difficulty: 9/10 (or 10/10 without enough AoE nukes)

Wave 1Troy & Red Ageha

Attack Troy first. Just keep attacking her until she goes down. It's really hard to do so, but try to distribute the damage all over your Eromons. Using your Healing Gummies is a must here. I had to use 3 here. After Troy, just attack Red, she'll fall with one hit.

Wave 2: Troy & Green Ageha

Apply an attack buff to your team and heal with your healer. Now attack the Ageha. You'll kill it with one hit. Troy will nuke herself debuffing your defence until she goes down. It seems weird to do so, but trust me. This stage will be much tougher if you try to take Troy in this wave. You'll probably have a defence of 10 by the end of this wave.

Wave 3: Troy & Yellow Ageha

Do the same thing as wave 2. Attack the Ageha and watch Troy nuke herself while debuffing your Provocation down to 10 this time.

Wave 4: Troy & Blue Ageha (Life-Size Version)

The Blue Ageha will not fall so easily, so you need to take Troy in this wave. Use two AoE nukes (no more because you'll need the MP) and use ONE healing gummy. It may seem as a tough wave but trust me the next one is why the difficulty is up to 9 at least.

Wave 5: Troy x3

Okay there's an entire strategy to make it past this wave. It greatly depends on your starting HP in this wave. Start by using two AoE nukes on them, if you have three that's great. Wait until the top Troy uses her heal, then IMMEDIATELY and before the middle Troy's turn is up use the attack debuff. Focus on getting the top Troy down because she will remove your buffs. Then the bottom one because she can also heal and remove debuffs on them. Now the middle one has a countdown skill set that when reaches 0, she will one shot your team. You must take her down before then. Try to keep your Eromons alive until she reaches 2 at most. Whatever MP you get, use it for nukes on her. Keep trying, it took me nearly 10 refreshes until I got it perfectly. Good luck.
